Atlanta's menu

My sister Tiffini and I love to cook.
Before the babies took up all of our brainpower,
we used to spend lots of time talking about delicious recipes and healthy meals.

One of my favorite parts about visiting Tiffini in Atlanta is cooking together.
Last time I came we spent 4-plus hours making a Thai meal.
It sure was delicious.
 ...but seriously? Four hours?!!

With two babies around, we weren't quite as ambitious.
We sure ate well though!
The best part was that it was all super healthy food.

Edamame Crostini with Shaved Parmasan and mint

Grilled asparagus, roasted red potatoes, and
Herb crusted Flank Steak with Cherry tomatoes and olives
recipe from Epicurious

herb and sea salt grilled eggplant

Shrimp and avocado Italian Summer Salad
w/crushed pistachios on top

Yogurt Marinated Chicken Kebabs with aleppo pepper

Grilled Steaks with blue cheese and chiles
recipe from Epicurious again

grilled tomato, herb and Mozzarella pizza

Caramelized onion and goat cheese flat bread
mmmmmmmm!!!
My mouth is watering just remembering the deliciousness.

Usually it was almost 9:00pm before we sat down to enjoy our hard work.
There was always lots of laughing, baby rocking, SYTYCD watching
and him vs. her arguing with my Dad and John (Tiffini's husband)
while cooking.

Thanks for having me stay sis,
I sure loved it!
Love you! xoxox
