Mothers

Last Mother's Day I had a two month old baby boy. 

My sweet Chase gave him a name and a blessing on the records of our church. 

It was the perfect way to celebrate my first Mother's Day,

and to honor the Mothers in my life.

This year, I won't get to be with either of my Moms. 

I hope they know how much I love them,

and how much I appreciate their guidance and wisdom in my life.

My  mom is one of the most thoughtful people I know.

She thinks of things to do for people that wouldn't cross others' mind; 

and then she actually does it.

My second mom, (Chase's mother)

has always treated me like I've been in the family forever.

I felt welcomed (and loved) from the start.
